Lead a Team to Success

The Brothers of Charity Services West Region is seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Team Leader.

This pivotal role will see you managing the day-to-day delivery of services, providing leadership and supervision to teams, and ensuring the development of the service aligns with Personal Outcomes Measures and HIQA standards and regulations.

Main responsibilities include assisting the Team Managers, Service Coordinator, and Area Manager in the management of residential services, such as resource-management and staffing, staff development, facilitating communication, and professional leadership to ensure a good quality of life for the people we support.

The successful candidate must provide leadership and vision in the development of the service, aligned with HIQA Standards and Regulation, Personal Outcomes Measures, and future service developments, while managing the day-to-day running of the service.
