Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead our customer service team at head office in Galway. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong customer-facing skills with the confidence to manage a small team and coordinate daily operations.
Job Description:

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team, managing the rota, and playing a key role in supporting our delivery planning process. You will be the bridge between customers, drivers, and internal departments to ensure every order runs smoothly from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the customer service team and lead daily operations
  • Manage rota planning, shift cover, and ensure optimal call handling
  • Handle escalated customer issues professionally and promptly
  • Assist with delivery scheduling and coordination alongside the Delivery Planning Coordinator
  • Administer and check driver dockets for accuracy and completeness
  • Manage daily cash and credit card receipt reconciliation
  • Support debtor collections and follow-up activity
  • Support training and onboarding of new team members
  • Monitor performance and service quality across all customer touchpoints
  • Take and process sales orders as required
  • Liaise with drivers, depots, and internal teams to maintain smooth workflow
