Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries and issues in a timely manner, and working closely with internal and external colleagues to deliver excellent service level and product support.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar customer-facing role, be able to identify customer needs, and maximise sales opportunities. They will also possess strong communication, organisational and administration skills, as well as a flexible and proactive attitude.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing good business relationships with new and existing customers, processing customer requests and enquiries quickly and accurately, and dealing with frontline customer enquiries by phone and email. You will also coordinate delivery and transport method for shipments to customers, monitor open orders and follow-up internally with production & procurement teams, and inform customers on the technical benefits of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop good business relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Process customer requests and enquiries quickly and accurately.
  • Deal with frontline customer enquiries by phone and email.
  • Coordinate delivery and transport method for shipments to customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Strong communication, organisational and administration skills.
  • Flexible and proactive attitude.
