Role Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner
- Ensure stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store
- Maintain store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Follow freshness and rotation principles
- Ensure all waste is managed correctly

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an asset but not essential provided you have the right attitude
