We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren specialist met grote kennis van technische systemen, elektrotechniek en regeltechniek. Het gaat om een functie waarin je projectleider bent van complexe HVAC-projecten, waardoor je alle aspecten van het project beheert.

Dit betekent dat je verantwoordelijk bent voor de ontwerp- en constructiefase tot en met de montage en oplevering van de installatie.

Wat ga je doen?
  • Je hebt een zicht op de totale kosten en levert een financiële analyse die zal worden gebruikt in overleg met onze projectmanagers
  • Onderzoek en ontwikkeling van nieuwe HVAC-oplossingen gericht op duurzaamheid, efficiency en veiligheid
  • Jouw takenpakket is geheel gericht op de korte en langetermijnprocessen en -analyses, bijvoorbeeld met behulp van bim software
  • Samenwerken met collega's in een team, klanten en leveranciers op basis van communicatieve competenties

Wat heb je nodig?
  • Afgestudeerd in civiele techniek of milieutechniek
  • Een reikhalzend naar een engineer positie bezittende professional met zeer goede analytische capaciteiten
  • Geschiktheid om zowel in deconstructie als bouwklus fase (projectleider rol) onbeperkt te kunnen werken in elke vorm van HVAC situatie
  • Uitstekend bereidwillige, flexibele instelling richting bureau, organisatie, medewerkers en particuliere partners
