Operations Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing and production supervision, with a strong understanding of GMP and GDP standards.


Responsibilities:
  • Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees.
  • Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy.
  • Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • This role requires basic experience in the Manufacturing & Production Supervision.
  • Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
  • Several years of experience in team management.
  • Strong awareness of GMP and GDP standards.
  • Excellent communication skills.
