Job Overview

An exciting opportunity exists for a seasoned Maintenance Supervisor to lead technical teams and drive maintenance activities in a safe, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly manner.

Main Responsibilities
  • Direct and coordinate all technical and maintenance activities in support of production.
  • Lead the development and tracking of departments KPIs to measure equipment and maintenance performance.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date maintenance information, including specifications, drawings, manuals, and SOPs.
  • Plan, organize, direct, and control maintenance project activities to meet defined site objectives.
  • Develop scientific risk-based approaches to identifying critical spares and ensuring their availability.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8+ years' experience in an Engineering/Maintenance Leadership role.
  • Engineering Degree (Level 7 or higher) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or recognized equivalent.
  • Experience in Reliability Engineering is an advantage.
  • Trades Qualified an advantage.
