Production Supervisor

A key member of our team is required to supervise staff in producing manufactured products and organize workflow.

This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for continuous improvement.

  • Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of work according to customer expectations.
  • Supervise staff performance, address employee issues, and provide training and development opportunities.
  • Plan and coordinate production activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing valuable insights for management decisions.
  • Develop and implement strategies for process improvements, resulting in increased productivity and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 7 qualification in a relevant discipline and at least 4 years of experience in a LEAN electronics manufacturing environment. They should be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor who can lead and manage people effectively, drive results-oriented initiatives, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Requirements:

  • Level 7 qualification in a relevant discipline
  • Circa 4+ years' production supervisory experience in a LEAN electronics manufacturing environment operating to ISO 13485
  • Experienced in leading and managing people effectively and driven to strive for continuous improvement
  • Excellent communicator with individuals at all levels
