Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our manufacturing operations in Cork, Ireland.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements, and compliance training. They will also possess proven leadership experience in managing and developing learning teams at site level, as well as expertise in modern learning methodologies such as competency-based training, AI-driven learning platforms, and immersive technologies.

This role is responsible for:

  • Serving as the primary technical Learning & Development Leader at the site, ensuring alignment with global Learning & Development strategies, policies, and procedures while meeting local operational needs.
  • Reporting to and partnering with the Network Sr Director-Learning & Development and global CoE to implement future-facing learning solutions that drive performance, compliance, and operational excellence.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree minimum.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Manufacturing Training with a focus on regulated environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering across Operations, Quality, HR, Global L&D functions.
  • Ability to balance global strategy with local execution ensuring both alignment and agility.
