Production Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced Production Operations Lead to oversee our production operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement initiatives and employee engagement.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years' supervisory or management experience in food manufacturing and a strong knowledge of GMP, health & safety, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coordinating shift operations to meet production and quality targets
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and GMP standards
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives and employee engagement
  • Maintaining systems and accurate shift reporting
  • Managing and supporting performance, training, and development of team members

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of GMP, health & safety, and quality standards
  • Experience with SAP/MES/SCADA desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
