We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join a dynamic and fast-paced food manufacturing facility in East Cork. This is a leadership-focused role responsible for overseeing day-to-day production, packing, and cleaning operations ensuring product quality, safety, and team performance on the factory floor.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or team leadership role in a food manufacturing facility in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate production, packing, and hygiene teams to meet daily output and quality targets.
  • Lead the food processing line, including grading, sorting, and machine operations.
  • Ensure all products are packed, labelled, and processed in compliance with BRC and customer standards.
  • Plan and manage shift schedules and team rotas to align with production requirements.
  • Act as a point of escalation for day-to-day production challenges.
  • Support training and upskilling of operators, promoting cross-functional flexibility and staff development.
  • Maintain accurate records through production IT systems and ensure traceability compliance.
  • Uphold and promote food safety, quality, and health & safety standards.
  • Drive improvements in sustainability, efficiency, and waste reduction initiatives.
