Lead Food & Beverage Operations Manager

This exciting role offers the opportunity to oversee a team and ensure exceptional service standards and hygiene practices are maintained.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership, excellent communication skills, and be able to motivate their team members towards delivering high-quality results.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Manage the food and beverage department, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to established standards.
    • Develop and implement effective training programs for team members.
    • Maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and other departments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years managerial experience in award-winning hotel bars and restaurants.
  • Proven ability to deliver high standards of service and quality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
  • Knowledge of management systems is desirable.
