Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Shift Manager to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, driving productivity, and ensuring excellent standards of product quality.

This is a key role within our department, and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, setting targets, and maintaining high levels of performance.

The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing workflows, and ensuring all work areas and equipment are maintained to deliver optimum performance.

In addition, the successful candidate will contribute to our overall department performance plan, focusing on Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Motivation, and Environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Shift Team to achieve targets and KPIs
  • Set weekly targets and objectives for the Shift Team
  • Maintain excellent standards of product quality, integrity, and hygiene
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a management/supervisory role in the manufacturing industry
  • Third-level qualification in a related field is desirable
  • Understanding of Microsoft Suite is required
  • Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
