Job Overview

This role is available for a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager who can lead and motivate direct reports to drive continuous learning and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage department supervisors and support staff to deliver exceptional safety, quality, and production results.\
  • Lead and motivate direct reports to embed a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.\
  • Collaborate with manufacturing operations management staff and customers to ensure quality commitments are met.\
  • Ensure products meet customer needs, on time, with high quality, low operating costs, and process efficiencies.\
  • Review and sign off production records before sending them to Quality Assurance.\
  • Work with maintenance teams to identify potential issues and improve processes.\
  • Evaluate and validate processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.\
  • Manage area of responsibility to adhere to GMP and GDP standards.\
  • Adhere to environmental health and safety policies and equipment procedures.\
  • Develop and implement a manufacturing strategy aligned with the plant's strategic plan.\
  • Reduce manufacturing costs through process improvements.\

  • Experience in a GMP facility necessary.\
  • Leadership and people management experience essential.\
  • Financial reporting experience required.\
