Director of Manufacturing Learning and Development

The Director of Manufacturing Learning and Development will lead the development and implementation of learning strategies that drive compliance, manufacturing excellence, and employee growth. This role is responsible for creating a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the organization.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement site-specific learning initiatives to support business objectives.
- Lead a team of L&D professionals in designing and delivering high-quality learning programs.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing across departments.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing learning and development.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning and Development or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing L&D teams.
