**Job Title:** Training Manager
Job Description:The role of the Training Manager is pivotal in our manufacturing facility, encompassing the entire training process. This includes coordinating training activities and plans across the team, requiring a deep understanding of adult learning theory and experience in hi-tech manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities:- End-to-end ownership of the training process, involving coordination of training activities and plans.
- Define future training strategies to maintain organizational excellence.
- Implement best practices in training that align with production processes.
- Collaborate with partner teams to identify challenges and drive real-time solutions.
- Maintain documentation required for external accreditations.
- Build relationships with partners to develop training strategy and roadmap for Product Operations.
- Mentor the Training Specialist on your team.
- Research and implement training best practices for employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Previous experience as a Training Manager in hi-tech manufacturing environment.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven, self-motivated individual capable of meeting deadlines and KPIs.
