Regulatory Compliance Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and professional regulatory bodies.
  • Stay informed on relevant laws, regulations, and government publications for services in the sector.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensure up-to-date personnel information, and track HR metrics and statistics.
  • Properly archive files and prepare information as per requests from relevant authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines, including data protection regulations.
  • Review and maintain registrations, promote dignity at work, and comply with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in law, business administration, or a related field.
  • High proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • 3-5 years of administration experience, including working with computer databases.
  • A proven track record in high-volume data entry.
  • Possession of a full clean driving license.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Strong research and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Change management and adaptability capabilities.
