**Job Title:** Mechanical Construction Manager

Seeking a skilled Mechanical Construction Manager to lead the delivery of mechanical process piping packages and manage site safety on a project in Dublin. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the safety and project teams to ensure site safety is maintained.
  • Managing site quality assurance and tracking project schedules effectively.
  • Overseeing project costs, including labour, materials, and any variations that may arise.
  • Supervising day-to-day site operations and coordinating across disciplines.
  • Monitoring subcontractor performance and progress.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager or similar role.
  • A trade background or relevant engineering/construction qualification.
  • The ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and construction programs effectively.

This position requires a strong understanding of the design and construction lifecycle and demonstrated experience managing large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a strong attention to detail.
