Product Introduction Engineer

The Product Introduction Engineer will be responsible for developing the project plan for the Operations team, in adherence to the program objectives. They will lead the implementation of projects in accordance with the NPI processes to achieve operational goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities include ensuring that product costs are maintained within the established project limits, guaranteeing that project expenses stay within the planned budget, and maintaining product quality levels in accordance with project requirements.

The engineer will also be responsible for coordinating the monitoring and control of the project plan throughout the 5 stages of the NPI process, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and resource availability.

Additionally, they will prioritize and manage resources with other Project Managers to avoid conflicts and ensure adherence to ISO 9000 standards.

A key aspect of this role is to ensure collaboration and knowledge sharing among teams and stakeholders to drive business results and improve overall performance.
