Senior Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Project Manager to lead our multi-disciplined project team in Dublin. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing new and ongoing projects, ensuring scope management, budget adherence, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a diverse project team comprised of chemists, scientists, and engineers to successfully introduce new products to the site.
- Ensure effective scope management, budget control, and schedule adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the primary point of contact for our Customer Project Team and Business Development Team for all project communications.
- Maintain open communication with local and network functions to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Aptitude for customer dedication and service, with a focus on maintaining customer relationships while advocating for business interests.
- Ability to understand customer needs, assimilate complex information, and drive creative solutions to project challenges.
- High levels of motivation, agility, and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
