New Product Introduction Expert

The ideal candidate will lead our projects and ensure the successful launch of new products, managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Liaise with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams for smooth project execution
- Manage and monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, status updates, risks, and issues
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, Agile and Waterfall
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective stakeholder engagement
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, risk identification and mitigation
