Global Logistics Specialist

This role involves handling international shipments across various modes, including air, sea, and road freight. Your key responsibilities will include organizing collections, coordinating with carriers and partners globally, and managing the end-to-end logistics process from booking to final delivery.
In this challenging yet rewarding position, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting customs entries in compliance with Irish and EU regulations. You will also be tracking consignments, managing pre-alerts, and keeping stakeholders updated.
- Proven experience in a freight forwarding role, ideally within Ireland
- Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures
- Familiarity with freight systems like Cargowise or similar
- Excellent organizational skills and customer-focused mindset
