Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and optimise HRIS modules
- Support HR teams in adopting new system functions
- Act as an escalation point for troubleshooting
- Develop and analyse HR reports and metrics
- Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data trends
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need 2+ years within a similar HRIS position, with exposure to Success Factors ideally. A qualification or equivalent within HR is also essential. Strong projects, change management, and stakeholder management skills are required, with exposure to process improvement being highly beneficial.
