Senior Project Coordinator

This role requires a skilled Senior Project Coordinator to oversee client-side project management for capital works programmes. The ideal candidate will be based in Tullamore or Kildare and have a defined career path with potential for progression.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage clients' interests on major and minor works and maintenance programmes, providing strategic advice on issue resolution.
  • Optimise existing estate value and deliver best value for funds.
  • Assist in managing and monitoring construction programmes and cost plans to minimise variations.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of progress, costs, and issues through regular updates.
  • Oversee tender and contractor/consultant appointment processes.

Requirements:

  • Level 8 degree in Engineering or Construction-related field.
  • 5+ years engineering experience with a contractor or consulting engineers.
  • Knowledge of current construction contracts and procurement methodologies.
  • Proven track record of completing projects successfully.
  • Current driving licence and vehicle.
