A high-calibre Technical Account Manager is required to deliver senior leadership across client engagements. The ideal candidate will shape delivery strategies, build long-term client relationships, and drive commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & Strategic Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders; drive strategic partnerships, lead review meetings, and ensure client satisfaction; manage risks, resolve challenges, and continuously improve service quality.
- Technical Delivery Oversight: Oversee complex, multi-service line programmes (PM, BA, Dev, QA); collaborate on enterprise-level planning and delivery strategies; promote continuous improvement across teams and client engagements; lead cross-functional teams across onshore, offshore, and nearshore models; partner with HR and Resource Management on planning, staffing, and development; support consultant growth, engagement, and rotation planning.
- Commercial & Contractual Influence: Identify and convert growth opportunities within existing accounts; drive proposal creation and RFP responses in collaboration with sales; ensure contracts align with legal, commercial, and client expectations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 15+ years in client delivery, account management, or consulting leadership
- Proven success managing complex programmes and enterprise client relationships
- Strategic thinker with a sharp commercial mindset and strong influencing skills
- Comfortable operating in matrixed environments and leading diverse teams
- Deep understanding of consultancy services, delivery operations, and legal frameworks
- Experience in the Retail sector is an advantage
