Personal Growth Coordinator
Job Description:- We are seeking an empathetic and supportive individual to join our team as a Personal Growth Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping individuals with acquired brain injuries regain independence through compassionate care.
- You will work closely with people in their daily lives, helping them achieve meaningful goals and provide hands-on support.
- Your leadership skills will be put to use guiding and nurturing your team of Rehabilitation Assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
- BUILD TRUSTING RELATIONSHIPS: Develop strong, respectful relationships with the people we support and their families.
- MANTAIN ACCURATE RECORDS: Maintain accurate records and contribute to reviews and planning.
- ACT AS KEYWORKER: Act as a Keyworker and provide tailored support based on each person's needs.
- HELP MAINTAIN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT: Help maintain a safe, clean, and homely environment.
- SUPERVISE REHABILITATION ASSISTANTS: Supervise Rehabilitation Assistants and support the Service Manager with team development.
- ENGAGE IN ONGOING LEARNING: Engage in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing learning for personal and professional growth.
Requirements:
- A relevant third-level qualification in Human Services or working towards one.
- A full driving license to support community access and service needs.
- At least 2 years' experience in a residential or community-based social care setting.
- Strong written and spoken English to communicate clearly and compassionately.
- Solid IT skills, including using Word and Microsoft Outlook.
