About This RoleThe Respite Service Manager and Person in Charge will be responsible for the daily management of the Respite service ensuring high quality responsive and sustainable services in accordance with HIQA regulations and relevant legislation.
They will manage relationships with key stakeholders collaborate with the RM lead the team coordinate activities within their services act as the appointed PIC safeguarding and protection of all residents/tenants in the service identify and implement an integrated approach to service delivery across the Group's suite of services in their network area.
