Global Mobility Tax Partner Opportunity:


At a boutique firm, we are seeking an experienced professional to lead our global mobility and employment tax practice. This is a rare opportunity to combine the challenge of a senior leadership role with the flexibility and autonomy of a small business.

About the Role:
  • Lead the Practice: Take ownership of the global mobility/expat tax service line and shape its strategic direction.
  • Advising Clients: Deliver expert advice to multinational organisations and senior executives on tax, social security, and cross-border compliance matters.
  • Driving Growth: Develop new business opportunities, nurture your network, and represent the firm in the marketplace.
  • Building Teams: Mentor, develop, and lead a talented team of professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Strategic Influence: Work closely with the partnership group to set the future direction of the firm and contribute to broader business growth.

Requirements:


• Extensive experience in Global Mobility, Employment Tax, or Expatriate Tax Advisory (ideally from a Big 4 or Top 10 firm)
• Entrepreneurial mindset, commercial awareness, and the confidence to win new business
• Leadership skills with a collaborative approach someone who inspires others and builds high-performing teams
