Global Tax Mobility Manager

A leading international firm seeks a seasoned Tax Director to join their Employment Tax and Global Mobility team. This dynamic role involves advising domestic and international businesses on employment taxes and global mobility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on all aspects of employment taxes, including tax-free employee incentives, BIK, share-based remuneration plans, termination/redundancy payments, PAYE health checks, and Revenue audit support.
- Advise clients on all aspects of global mobility, including inbound and outbound cross-border employment arrangements, supporting clients with remote worker situations, ensuring clients remain fully compliant with tax, social security, payroll, and other in-country requirements.
- Review expatriate tax returns and manage compliance engagements.
Requirements:
- A qualified professional or equivalent.
- Strong academic background.
- At least 7 years of taxation experience in the areas of employment tax and global mobility.
- Managerial experience or experience managing projects and deadlines.
- Experience reviewing personal tax returns for internationally mobile employees and associated applications.
- Experience in managing PAYE Revenue audits and compliance checks.
- Worked in a tax team with client-facing experience.
