MICE Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated MICE Sales Professional to join our team and drive sales growth in the meetings, incentives, conferences, and events (MICE) sector.


About the Role:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new business in the MICE sector.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing MICE clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with competitor transient and group strategies.
  • Represent The Firm at industry events and conferences to establish relationships and promote the brand.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years previous experience in a similar sales role in a four-star hotel, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the MICE sector.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive repeat business.
