Senior UX Strategist

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate User Experience Designer to join our team as a Senior UX Strategist.

  • Develop a comprehensive UX strategy that aligns with business goals and user needs, ensuring seamless product development.

Mentor junior designers, fostering continuous learning and growth, while developing detailed wireframes and prototypes for high-quality implementation.

A system thinker, comfortable with designing beyond the basic screen or user flow, with expertise in AI integration and design systems.

5-7+ years of experience as a User Experience Designer, Product Designer for Enterprise applications, with a Bachelor's degree in a field related to User Experience Design.

Compelling storytelling and presentation skills to share design material with peers and leaders across disciplines, advocating for customer value through influencing, understanding, and building consensus.

A design Portfolio clearly demonstrating your work and influence on design practice and process.

ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & UX Vision:
  • Develop and implement UX strategy, setting the vision for product development.

Information Architecture & Service Design Thinking:
  • Optimize navigation and user journeys, establishing logical structures.
  • Drive accessibility and usability, enhancing efficiency and supporting business goals.
AI Integration & Design Systems:
  • Integrate AI into design processes, promoting Generative AI adoption.
  • Enhance design systems, driving innovation and usability.
End-to-End Design & Execution:
  • Lead the design process from concept to completion, incorporating research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and iteration.
  • Manage commitments and deadlines, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Project Management & Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, managing commitments and deadlines.
  • Conduct and oversee user research, utilizing data analytics to inform design choices.
Process Improvement & Innovation:
  • Define and refine design processes, enhancing efficiency and supporting business goals.
  • Drive innovation and usability, advocating for customer value.
Mentorship & Team Development:
  • Mentor junior designers, fostering continuous learning and growth.
