As a Senior UX Designer on our AI Experiences team, you'll work alongside our design and product teams to create world-class user experiences. You'll have the opportunity to influence centralised AI patterns and provide clear, comprehensive resources for everyone building on Workday.

What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years industry experience in UX design or a related field
  • 1+ years experience building AI products
  • BA/BS degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Library Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proficiency with Figma or other modern design and prototyping tools
  • Experience using artificial intelligence tooling to create prototypes or designing for Generative AI experiences
