Crew Management Professional
As a key member of our Operations Control Department, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of crewing operations on a 24/7 basis.
We are looking for an individual with experience in managing complex and unpredictable situations, while working within a pressurised environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage crew resources on published rosters, both Pilot and Cabin Crew, at all Crew Bases.
- Monitor crew rosters for regulatory compliance and delivery of the Aer Lingus schedule.
- Deal directly with crew on all matters relating to the integrity and maintenance of the Aer Lingus schedule as applicable to crewing operations.
- Manage changes to the published roster & minimise the impact of irregular operations on all aspects of crewing.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to manage complex and unpredictable situations, while working within a pressurised environment.
- Full knowledge of/or the ability to gain such knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements, Roster Policies and Crew Agreements.
- Excellent people skills with the ability to contribute effectively as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the proven ability to communicate effectively with management and staff at all levels.
- Ability to use own initiative.
- Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
- High level of commitment and flexibility.
- Excellent punctuality and attendance record.
- Ability to work with computer applications.
- Resilience with the ability to use own initiative.
