- Oversee order placement and execution with production units, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer expectations.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries from the Customer Service team, providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Take responsibility for achieving budgeted customer results and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to financial performance and delivery metrics.
- Develop and enhance customer contracts and supplier agreements, including annual budgets, capacity planning, slot reservations, modification programs, and contract amendments.
- Collect and analyze customer insights and host regular customer performance reviews.
- Collaborate closely with a global team of Customer Service, Account, and Sales professionals to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
- Take on special projects and initiatives that drive operational excellence and customer value.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/degree qualification in a business or engineering field.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer-related roles.
- Experience in the Aviation MRO industry is highly desirable.
- Exceptional service orientation and customer focus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid proficiency in relevant IT systems, including Microsoft Office and Teams.
- Good knowledge of internal processes and relationships is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and well-developed conceptual thinking abilities.
- Diplomacy and negotiation skills.
- Ability to make decisions and work systematically.
- Willingsness to travel domestically and internationally.
