About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing the ServiceNow platform by leading business analysis efforts and identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Lead the review and analysis of current and future ServiceNow business requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and develop business models to support solution design.
  • Identify and validate technical solutions, contributing to strategic planning and business justification.
  • Communicate critical findings and recommendations to senior management, supporting organisational change initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience delivering insights to leadership.
