Job Overview

The role of Senior ER Specialist is a critical position within our organization, requiring an individual with exceptional ER expertise to drive strategic initiatives and optimize employee relations. As a senior consultant, you will provide expert advice on ER issues, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, and conduct matters.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Developing and implementing ER strategies to enhance organizational performance and minimize risks.
  • Providing timely and professional advice on complex ER cases, ensuring accurate documentation and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, line managers, and external partners, to resolve complex employee issues.
  • Facilitating employee relations investigations, providing guidance and support to investigating and hearing managers, to ensure a fair and consistent approach.
  • Managing restructuring projects and effectively managing collective and individual consultation requirements.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of ER policies and procedures, as well as supporting training and coaching for managers on ER topics and best practices.
