Design & Analysis Development Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Design & Analysis Development Expert. This role requires expertise in composite structures and materials, with the ability to conduct top-level design and system engineering for composite technologies and products.

The ideal candidate will have experience with CAD models and designs, Finite Element (FE) models, and design, analysis, and optimization procedures. They will also be responsible for preparing reports and documentation, supporting design for manufacturing activities, and participating in manufacturing and testing of components.

Requirements
  • MSc in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering;
  • Between 2 to 6 years of relevant work experience;
  • Ability to work independently across multiple disciplines;
  • Familiarity with fiber-reinforced composite materials and structures;
  • Knowledge of design and optimization methods, including FE tools;
  • Experience with dynamic analysis and CAD software;
  • Affinity with manufacturing processes for composites and metals;
  • Basic programming skills in Python;
  • Knowledge of ECSS standards and requirements is advantageous;
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure;
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills;
  • Fluency in English and ability to work within the EU.
