Delivering High-Quality Care in a Residential Setting
About the Role:This challenging and rewarding position involves working with young people in a residential setting, providing them with the highest level of care and support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the care team to provide holistic support to residents, while also ensuring that their individual needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with relevant childcare legislation and work in partnership with parents and carers of service users
- Collaborate with care teams to provide individualized support to residents
- Develop and maintain relationships with families and community stakeholders
- Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the service
To succeed in this role, you must have a relevant qualification in Social Care (minimum level 7) and at least 6 months of experience working in the social care sector. A full clean driver's license is also required.
Requirements:- Relevant Qualification in Social Care (minimum level 7)
- Previous work experience in a similar setting
- Minimum 6 months working in the social care sector
- Full Clean Driver's License
- Knowledge of HIQA standards
