Key Responsibilities

This role involves the development, validation and execution of analytical methods for substance characterisation. This is a key part of our R&D team, supporting the development lifecycle of crop protection products.

  • Develop chromatographic and mass spectrometric methods for substances and co-formulants in crop protection finished products.
  • Perform analysis on components of plant protection products (PPPs).
  • Execute physical and chemical tests to evaluate PPP performance, including stability evaluations.
  • Evaluate laboratory data and prepare reports providing recommendations or conclusions.
  • Contribute as a member of cross-functional project teams.

Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Recognised scientific qualification in a relevant science discipline.
  • Excellent scientific aptitude and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to present clear written reports and work independently.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with chromatography, HPLC and UPLC instrumentation preferred.
