
Claims Service Professional

The primary objective of this role is to provide superior claims service to clients and ensure their best interests are protected while achieving the optimal outcome for all claims.
This will be achieved by maintaining high standards of customer care, efficiency, compliance, and teamwork throughout the claims process.
Responsibilities include managing claims on a day-to-day basis, ensuring technical quality and communication are maintained, and collaborating with insurers and other specialists to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively deal with all aspects of client claims from notification through to settlement
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the claims environment, including the Injuries Board and Irish Legal System
- Have a clear understanding of policy covers across all classes of non-life insurance
- Implement agreed claims handling protocols
- Robustly challenge Insurers' strategy/reserves where necessary
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- APA minimum
- CIP beneficial
- ACII desirable
