Respite Service Leader for Young Adults

This role involves managing a respite service supporting children and young adults with intellectual disabilities and autism.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care that meets regulatory standards.
They will also be involved in developing and implementing strategies to improve services, as well as building effective relationships with families and other agencies.
Key aspects of the role include acting as a designated Person in Charge, supporting the Head of Operations, and promoting quality assurance within the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health or social care management, with experience in leading teams and managing budgets. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A minimum of 3 years' experience in supervisory or management roles
- QQI Level 7 BA in Applied Social Studies, Social Care, or equivalent qualification
- Coru registration or currently in the process of obtaining registration
- Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards
