Liability Claims Specialist

This is a role where your expertise will be instrumental in handling liability claims including employers', public, product, and motor. You'll apply your investigative skills and insurance knowledge to assess legal liability, policy coverage, and quantum.
Key Responsibilities- We investigate and report on liability claims across various sectors
- You gather and assess evidence to support conclusions and recommendations
- You maintain service standards and ensure compliance with protocols
- You collaborate with team members and work independently when required
- You contribute to process innovation and improvement
- You have a track record in commercial liability claims handling (external adjusting experience is desirable)
- You understand employers', public, product, and motor liability
- Industry qualifications in insurance or loss adjusting are preferred
- You possess excellent communication, negotiation, and investigative skills
- You're highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- You have strong IT proficiency and familiarity with relevant claims systems
- You have a full driving licence
- You have a flexible working style
The ideal candidate has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
