**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced BIM Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and electrical or mechanical engineering.

The successful candidate will be responsible for following BIM content standards and development procedures, creating high-quality BIM MEP models, and working collaboratively with engineers and technicians.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Fully understand BIM content standards and development procedures
  • Create accurate and detailed BIM MEP models using Revit MEP
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality results
  • Adhere to project timelines and quality standards

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a BIM Technician
  • Recognised qualification in BIM
  • Excellent knowledge of Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and electrical or mechanical engineering principles
