About the Position

We are seeking a results-driven leader to drive outstanding performance and growth across multiple hotels.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and inspire a high-performing sales team, driving them to exceed sales targets and achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead hotel strategy in planning and forecasting owned business segments, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Foster a culture of lead generation across hotels, encouraging innovative thinking and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Sales Manager in a fast-paced environment, preferably with multi-site management.
  • Strong leadership skills, including experience managing teams and promoting collaboration.
  • Effective communicator with a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
