About the Role:
">We are seeking an experienced Care Services Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support services to individuals with complex needs.
">Job Description:
">The Care Services Manager will oversee the daily operations of our care services, ensuring that all staff are trained and equipped to provide exceptional care and support. This will include developing and implementing policies and procedures, monitoring service delivery, and identifying areas for improvement.
">Responsibilities:
">* Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality services* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements* Monitor and evaluate service delivery, identifying areas for improvement* Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination* Participate in quality assurance and risk management activities
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">* Degree in Health or Social Care (or equivalent)* Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role* Strong leadership and management skills* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions quickly
