About the Role:
">We are seeking a highly skilled solution architect to join our team of experts in shaping the future of financial services in Ireland. As a key member of our Technology Consulting Team, you will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge technology solutions that address complex business challenges and drive value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine overarching technology architecture strategy to support client's financial services business goals and digital transformation initiatives
  • Design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions addressing complex business challenges and delivering value to clients
  • Facilitate stakeholder collaboration ensuring shared understanding and alignment of technology solutions with business objectives
  • Lead technology selection assessing emerging technologies and recommending solutions enhancing service offerings and operational efficiency
  • Ensure regulatory compliance guaranteeing architectural designs adhere to financial regulations, security standards, and data protection laws
  • Support project execution providing technical leadership across projects ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes
  • Manage risks proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks within technology landscape maintaining system integrity and reliability
  • Drive performance improvements analysing current systems and processes recommending enhancements optimizing performance and user experience
  • Mentor and develop talent leading and nurturing team of architects and engineers promoting culture of excellence and continuous learning
  • Champion innovation staying at forefront of FinTech advancements integrating innovative solutions keeping us ahead in competitive market


About You:
">To succeed in this role, you must have a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field. You should have minimum 10 years of experience in solution architecture preferably within financial services industry demonstrating successful project delivery.
