About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX Solution Sales.

As a Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and positioning product-specific solutions during sales cycles. This will involve working closely with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leveraging AI to integrate it into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. They will also possess proficiency with cloud software solutions, specifically the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and position product-specific solutions during sales cycles, achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.

  • Support product sales as a technical and domain expert of a client-facing sales team.

  • Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs.

  • Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners, and colleagues.

  • Guide strategic programs in top accounts, including customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreements.

  • Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements that address customer needs and guide additional value.

  • Share and learn best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team.

  • Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.

  • Support marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.

  • 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.

  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.

  • Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.

  • Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterparts to promote execution excellence.

  • Willingness to travel.
