About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Branch Customer Experience Champion. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of retail finance products and processes and be able to communicate complex information to customers.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in financial services, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience.

  • Support the efficient delivery of business objectives and day-to-day branch operations in a compliant manner.
  • Develop skills through participation in our Collaborative Customer Conversations program.
  • Familiarize yourself with the Bank's Customer Segmentation Strategy and participate in in-branch and localised promotional activities.
