Customer Service Champion Position

We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service Champion. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the achievement of business objectives.

About the Role:

You will work closely with your team and Branch Lead to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service at all times. You will also participate in our Collaborative Customer Conversations program to develop your skills and ensure that you meet the needs of our customers.

You will become familiar with our Customer Segmentation Strategy and take part in localized promotional activities within the territory to identify new business opportunities and increase customer acquisition.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the day-to-day operation of customer service within the branch
  • Providing an excellent level of customer service and advising customers throughout their product/financial needs journey
  • Taking ownership and dealing with customer queries in an effective, professional, and compliant manner
  • Generating and executing sales from lead (where qualified to do so) to fulfillment in accordance with the Omni-Channel ethos and activity management system
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • QFA or APA in Loans and/or Savings & Investments, with up-to-date CPD hours for the relevant CPD years
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience
  • A significant level of proven sales, customer service, or clerical experience in a regulatory compliant environment
