Job Title: Contract Support Lead

The Contract Support Lead plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and business support, contributing to the continued growth and success of the organization. This comprehensive administration role involves managing multiple contracts and client accounts, requiring a high level of expertise and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Contract Support, with a thorough understanding of daily operations and contract scope.
  • Prepare and issue predefined reports to meet operational and financial requirements.
  • Facilitate training sessions across teams, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer.
  • Provide Day 1 Transition Assistance for new contracts, including training new contract support and setting up MA POs.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, enhancing performance and meeting client expectations.
  • Process supplier invoices and raise sales invoices in a timely manner.
  • Assist with month-end financial reporting and ensure deadlines are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Clear understanding of Coupa, PeopleSoft, Power BI, and other relevant tools.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of RCT process for Ireland transactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Keenness to share knowledge and train others.
